With Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity, you have the opportunity to build in your community.

  • We welcome people from all walks of life to join us as we build simple, decent, affordable houses in partnership with God and families in need.
  • By working side-by-side with the family who will live in the house, our volunteers experience for themselves the joy created when a family is able to realize their dream of homeownership.
  • In order to participate, all volunteers must register online.
  • All court mandated community service hours must be requested in writing through a Kane County Probation Office. Contact Barb Zegiel at b.zegiel@foxvalleyhabitat.org or 630-206-5038 for information.

How can children get involved in the volunteer process?

Children are a very important part of Habitat for Humanity. Many children live in the homes that Habitat builds. To find out more, please read our Volunteer Policy & Procedures.
